UPCOMING RIDES!!!

Wednesday, July 29th:

9:00 AM FUN-H2-20 miles-SE Meet Patty Gaspar (303-618-5069) at Village Greens Park – NE corner of Union and Dayton for a loop ride from the park through Denver and Aurora on trails and then a lap around the reservoir on our return. We haven’t been there for a while so it seems like something we should do. Bring lunch for a picnic after.

Thursday, July 23rd:

9:00 AM FUN PLUS-H3-21 NW (1541 ft of elevation gain) – HIDDEN GEMS OF GOLDEN JUGGLING RIDE!!! Meet Jeff Krinsky (720-373-9107) for this Hidden Gems adventure around beautiful Golden as we celebrate Labor Day Weekend. We will meet at Clear Creek Parking Lot at the NE corner of 10th and Archer (304 10th St, Golden, CO 80401) in Golden and ride the Golden Circle, Peaks to Plains and beyond to Heritage Park and other unexplored areas including, I promise you, a rose garden. Riders will be rewarded for their climbing around Golden with a high altitude juggling act at Heritage Dells Park before the descent begins.

Friday, July 24th:

9:00 AM FUN PLUS-H2 (~1500’ Elevation)-36 miles-SW Meet Susan Larson at the west end of the parking lot at Broken Tee Golf Course (2101 W. Oxford, Englewood) for a loop that includes the South Platte, Chatfield State Park, a little bit of road, Bear Creek State Park and the Bear Creek Trail. We will bike up Mount Carbon in Bear Creek State Park. This ride is hilly with the biggest hill being Mount Carbon. On the way back we will stop at Andy’s Frozen Custard for a sweet treat! Bring money for your treat and a sack lunch or snacks to enjoy after the ride. The ride is limited to 10 riders. Please sign up on Meetup for this ride.
